IDQ Value Adder Group is owned by the company “Subhash kartik Online Nation”. We are committed to providing quality training to all our students. Once a student has enrolled and made payment for a course or program, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.
By enrolling in our course and receiving this admission confirmation mail, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- No Refunds: Payments for courses, workshops, and programs are non refundable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, nonattendance, dissatisfaction, or change of personal circumstances.
- No Cancellation: Once payment is made, the student cannot cancel or withdraw from the course, and no refund, partial refund, or credit will be issued.
- Exception: In rare cases where the course is cancelled by the institution itself for reasons beyond the control of the student, a full refund will be provided.
- Course / Coach Transfer: In certain cases and at the discretion of the institute, a student may be allowed to transfer to another course or coach or reschedule the course they are enrolled in, subject to availability and additional fees.
- Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute or legal claim arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy or the services provided by Subhash Kartik Online Nation, the matter shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Students hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kolkata courts, regardless of their location.
