Superkid Superspeaks – The Future Starts Here

IDQ has introduced a revolutionary wing for kids (Ages 5 to 15): Superkid Superspeaks. Under the visionary leadership of Subhash Kartik, our CEO, this program integrates the power of Neuroscience and Magic Brain Techniques to help children build confidence, assertiveness, and leadership skills. Our goal is to nurture future leaders who are powerful, generous, and creative, standing out in every life competition.

Founded in 1975 by Mr. K.K. Mandal, a Double National Award Winner, IDQ began its journey in Jamshedpur, building a strong foundation of excellence. Post-lockdown, under the dynamic leadership of Subhash Kartik, Strategic Communication Coach & India’s First Personal Integrity Coach, IDQ has reached an international level through Digital Coaching Systems and impactful Social Media Activities.
